Daily on-press cleaning is Essential!

• After each run, circulate solvent or water through the inking system.
• Circulate 10 to 15 gallons of cleaner through the inking system for 10 to 15 minutes using the ink pumps while rolls are turning.
• Make sure to include a final water rinse to ensure no cleaner is left on the Anilox Rolls or other press components.
• Hand Scrub the Anilox Roll/s with the appropriate brush. Chrome coated rolls: brass bristle brush Ceramic coated rolls: stainless bristle brush.
