Drum Mounted Diluter

1. AM-TECH's liquid concentrate is poured into an empty 55 gallon drum.
2. The drum is then filled to the 55 gallon mark with water.
3. AM-TECH's Automatic diluter unit mounts directly to the 2" drum bung.
4. A standard water source is connected to the diluter, which allows the unit to dispense ready to use cleaner.

Push-Button Diluter

1. AM-TECH's Automatic diluter unit mounts directly to the wall.
2. A standard water source is connected to the diluter, which allows the unit to dispense ready to use cleaner.  
3. Two dispensing options:
   1. Button 1: For 5 gallon Pails.
   2. Button 2: Slower pour rate for quart bottle filling.

In-line Piping Systems

For large Flexographic Printing facilities, AM-TECH offers an in line piping chemical distribution system.  AM-TECH can plan out and install a network of PVC piping from your dilution station that delivers chemical directly to each of your presses.
